For more than 27 years, I have worked across real estate sales, mortgage lending, construction, investing, homebuilding, and remodeling.

That means when a client asks me whether they should buy, sell, refinance, remodel, build an addition, add an ADU, or move to another property, I am not looking at the decision from only one angle.
